The official commencement of production at the Xiangtan Remanufacturing Base of Teila Group!

2026-03-10

The Xiangtan Remanufacturing Base of Tiejuren Group was officially put into production in the Yueyang High-Tech Zone of Xiangtan City, accompanied by a ceremony marking the first batch of remanufactured equipment being exported to Africa in bulk. Attendees included Jiang Lijun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Xiangtan Municipal People's Congress, and Jiang Wenlong, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the High-Tech Zone. Upon full operation, the base is expected to achieve an annual remanufacturing scale of over 2,000 units during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, with annual export revenue exceeding 1 billion yuan.

Since its establishment in 2012, Tiejuren Group has consistently focused on the aftermarket services of engineering machinery, gradually building four major business segments: second-hand equipment trading, remanufacturing, new machine customization, and overseas exports. Chairman Tan Yong stated in his speech: "Over a decade of technological accumulation and market cultivation has laid the foundation for the smooth operation of this base. We will take high-standard remanufacturing as our core, driving the green and international development of the engineering machinery industry chain."

The base is positioned with "green regeneration, high-end remanufacturing, and global service," focusing on the remanufacturing of mainstream equipment such as concrete pump trucks and cranes. It strictly adheres to 14 core processes and over 800 inspection procedures to ensure that remanufactured equipment performs comparably to new machines. The project innovatively expands the "equipment + service" export model, actively integrating into the China-Africa economic and trade cooperation framework.

This bulk export to Africa is an important initiative by Tiejuren to practice the "Belt and Road" initiative and deepen China-Africa cooperation. Tan Yong emphasized that within the next five years, the group plans to establish 20 regional service centers overseas, achieving the strategic goal of "services taking root globally alongside equipment."
The commencement of production and exports at the Tiejuren base not only injects new momentum into Hunan's efforts to build an advanced manufacturing hub but also provides a significant model for the globalization of China's engineering machinery remanufacturing industry.
