March 11th was a day destined to leave a strong mark in the field of engineering machinery remanufacturing in China - the Engineering Machinery Remanufacturing and Maintenance Base of the Changsha Area of the China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone was officially unveiled. Cao Zhiqiang, Vice Governor of Hunan Province, visited the site and solemnly pressed the "start button" for the base, marking the official launch of this base carrying the industry's high hopes.
At this milestone, Tiejuren Group, as one of the first 11 leading enterprises to settle in, made its debut with a "starting lineup" and two concrete equipment were dispatched simultaneously, officially starting a new international journey.
The main brand of the remanufacturing sector of the group, "Xin Hengyuan", and the customized service brand of new machines, "Huimeng Craftsmanship", have set a benchmark in the industry with their excellent technology. At the first batch of delivery ceremony of the base, it became the focus of the audience. Its customized mixing boom pump truck was successfully shipped to Russia. At the same time, the 47-meter remanufactured pump truck of Zoomlion was "renovated and upgraded" by Tiejuren Group and went directly to the Middle East, injecting strong momentum into the acceleration of infrastructure construction in desert areas.
It is reported that the Changsha area will formulate the country's first remanufacturing and maintenance standard system and establish the country's first full-process traceability platform for construction machinery. It provides all-round and strong support for settled enterprises such as Tiejuren. The base can effectively break the pain points of "scattered, chaotic and small" in the construction machinery remanufacturing and maintenance industry and stimulate market vitality.
At the event, the National Construction and Urban Construction Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center issued the "Implementation Rules for Inspection and Certification of Construction Machinery Remanufacturing and Maintenance Bases" and the first construction machinery remanufacturing and maintenance product certification certificate in the national free trade pilot zone; the Provincial Taxation Bureau delivered the first value-added tax invoice to the base; Changsha Customs issued the first certificate of origin for the base; and the Provincial Public Security Department Traffic Police Corps awarded a plaque to the road second-hand equipment export registration service station.
The head of the overseas business department of Tiejuren Group said: "The move to the free trade zone base will allow Tiejuren's technical advantages and policy dividends to form a synergy. We will use remanufacturing as a fulcrum to leverage the new overseas market!"
With the centralized shipment of 566 equipment, covering more than 10 categories such as excavators, pump trucks, and rotary drilling rigs (with a total value of 551 million yuan), it will sail from Hunan to the world. Tiejuren and leading companies such as Sany Group, Zoomlion, and Shanhe Intelligent have formed an industrial synergy, focusing on technological innovation and standard output to accelerate the globalization process of China's construction machinery remanufacturing industry.
